What is FAR and how much can I build on my plot?

Do you also do only interiors or only a modular kitchen?
Yes. You can hire us for complete home interiors, or only for a modular kitchen and wardrobes.
How much does house design cost?
Our design packages are fixed-price by total built-up area. For 1,501–3,000 sq ft: Naksha Plan ₹11,999, Plan + 3D Elevation ₹24,999, Complete Drawing Set ₹49,999 and Build-Ready Pro ₹84,999 (GST extra).
Is Vastu included?
Yes, every layout includes a Vastu grid check.
Do I get structural drawings?
Yes, in the Complete Drawing Set and Build-Ready Pro packages.
Do you do only one room or the full home?
Both. We design full homes and also individual spaces such as a living room, master bedroom or kitchen.
Can I see the cost before work starts?
Yes. We prepare an itemised BOQ so you can approve materials and costs first.

Do you supervise construction?
Yes. Our Project Management service covers contractor selection, regular site visits, stage-wise quality checks and milestone sign-offs. The fee is 5–10% of construction cost, fixed after a scope call.
How do I know my money is used correctly?
Payments are tied to milestones, and each milestone is signed off against a checklist before the next payment.
